OUR MISSION

PDX Dream Team is a Portland-based development cycling team dedicated to nurturing strong, competitive athletes in a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment. Our mission is to empower women, trans, femme, non-binary, and other gender-diverse (WTFNB+) individuals, helping them excel as both athletes and active members of the cycling community.

Through providing development and racing opportunities, and material and financial support, we ensure our athletes have the resources to thrive. Beyond cycling, we are deeply committed to building a supportive community that uplifts one another in every aspect of life.
