FAQ

WTFNB+ stands for Women, Trans, Femme, Non-Binary and any other gender identity that is not cis-gender male.

We require that riders participate in at least two team rides or races per month. We expect riders to represent our sponsors and use any sponsored equipment provided, within reason, when riding or racing. We also require that you agree to exhibit our principles of kindness, inclusivity, understanding and respect when representing the team. 

We would love if you have experience racing but it is not required. We prioritize people who have significant experience on a bike, and in particular, have ridden in a pack. However, we want to encourage anyone who is interested in learning these skills and is motivated to be competitive on the bike!

Not necessarily, we have folks based in Seattle but we do expect that you make an effort to ride with us as much as you can. We can be flexible on this policy and would love to chat more!

We typically review applications within two weeks of receipt. We will contact you directly with more information. If we are interested in having you on the team, we will schedule a call with you to learn more and better understand your experience and goals on the bike.  We're excited to meet you!
